Main Characteristics:

(1) This capping machine undertakes the PLC program control with convenient  operation and simple maintenance and reliable running.

(2) The cap machine can be widely used, for example, round bottle, square bottle, and flat bottle.

(3) It can be steplessly adjusted for the rotate speed of cap spinning wheel, and the speed of bottle clamping transferring belt, and the speed of  transferring belt and train. It can be adjusted to the best according to the cap spinning when it is in use.

(4) Both the bottles and caps will not be slided and damaged. The speed is the 5 times faster than Claw type capping machine.
