The mainly material of sun roof is polycarbonate with light weight, good strength, and high light transmission. The impact strength of the sun panel is 80 times that of glass and more than 175 times of bending resistant panel. The light transmitance is more than 75%. Hollow structure of the polycarbonate sun panel makes the panels have good performances of sound insulation, heat insulation and heat preservation. It can reduce the noise and save energy effectively. With good quality, our prodicts have passed the test of the National Construction Material Checking Center and gotten the certificate. Polycarbonate sheet is tested and reach class B1 according to QB8624-1997. It is be widely used as very safe materials.
