We choose mirror-surface type roller with surface plated with hard-Cr and polished into mirror-surface. Roller body is made of high-quality alloy steel after forging process.

Driving motors of rollers: 4Kw,independently driven with synchronously speed controlled

Compact way of rollers: liquid pressure,stable transmission,fast acting,less impact,high-speed starting and switching

Forward and backward positioning for calendar: moving by means of motor,motor power: 0.37Kw,

Driving motor controlled by frequency inverter (FUJI, Japan)
