EC11C Additive Masterbatch

EC11C with LLDPE carrier resin, use excellent micron CaCO3 poweder, produced by special processing techniques. Adding this masterbatch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE. It can improve film 's extrusion efficiency and increase film or bottle 's physical properties. EC11C also has perfect dispersivity.

Usage

EC11C can be used to make PE heavy bags,PE liquid packaging film,sanitary products bags,agricultural film,PE handbags,inside bags,high quality vest PE bags,PE garbage bag. The film which add EC11C can be compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, have no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.

Recommended Addition Ratio

The addition rate of EC11C is about 5%~35%.

1) In multi-layer extrusion film: we suggest to add 15%~20% in core layer;

2) under gloss demand, we suggest to add within 5% in surface layer and inside layer.

Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.

Package, Transportations and Storage

1) PE heavy-duty bag , 25kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30 minutes
