Floater characteristics:

 

Standard dredge pipe floaters are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam on specific customer request. They are connected to the pipes by flat washer, galvanized nuts and bolts. The shell is made of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylyne), the inner is the Polyurethane foam.

 

 

 

Our pipe floater is corrosion resistant, anti-aging and made by best machine using LLPE as main materials.

 

The feature is molded in one time, no weld, fully enclosed. Corrosion resistant, anti-aging, impact resistance. The stuff in it is Polyurethane foam; the foam can increase the floater’s buoyancy and will not break. The main role of floater is floating HDPE pipe and warning
