The scope of application;

This products belongs to the water based paste. It is suitable to the swimsuit and nylon cloth. sweater and high elastic knitting cloth printing.

Mainly using the swimsuit cloth market to develop.

Appearance and composition:

Creamy and made up of the high-emulsion and pigment .

Feature: Good  Fastness

Soft-hand,  Non-stick.

Durability by  seawater. Floating wash, Acid-wash

Printing by hand or by machine no block(clogging).

The reference of  application:

For deep color			For light color
Swimsuit white paste	30%		Swimsuit white paste	70%
Swimsuit transparent paste	70%			30%
Pigment color	X%			X%
FY-1002 catalyzer	1-1.5%			1-1.5%
Using 150 centigrade to hot pressing the 1 minutes or( using 150 centigrade to hot pressing 10 seconds)or after  48 hours dry naturally total to using 60 centigrade wash 5 hours.If the paste is too thick before washing .You can add to the water.

Fault and Avoid:

Resulting  the  fastness  result  is not good  can  be  bolied  as  following;

1 ;The weather is humid ,The appearance of paste is not dry fully.

Guidelines: Using 150 centigrade to heat 1 minutes or hot pressing the 10 seconds is ok.

2 :Add to the pigment color more than 10%

Guides: Adding more transparent the paste in order to reduce the proportion of the pigment color.(You can using the pure transparent paste to modulation the black)

3:The paste is not dry thoroughly.  so you are beginning to hot press.(Explanation: the paste is not dry fully y to hot pressing .It is easy to result in foam appear .It is effective the piece of paste separate.

Appearance elastic is not good can be bolied as following :

1,The pigment color add too much(example add to more 10% )

2.Guidelines;Increasing the transparent paste to reduce the propotion of the pigment color

2.The times of you printing is too thin.

Guidelines: Printing more times .When you are printing it.pull the strength slight.Lefting to much paste on the surface .
