Operation Principle:

 Crushing the raw materials (which are more than 60mm and with certain mater content) by grass-cutting machine or crusher, and then transferring then to the upper feeding opening by conveyor or manual labour. The last procedure is processing and forming them into burning materials. 

 

Preheating Temperature:

Maize Straw:80-90°C    Wheat Straw:80-90°C

Peanut Shell:80-100°C   Rice Straw: 80-100°C

Water Content Requirement For Compression And Molding:

Maize Straw & Wheat Straw: 10%-30% (The best is 15%-20%)        

Peanut Shell & Rice Straw: 15%-20% (The best is 12%-14%)

 

Features:

2.Energy saving with large output. If there is a power failure, you can use diesel as a replacement.

3.Large applicable range. It can be applied to process powdery materials or with the length is less than 55mm and water content is 5%-30%.

4.Electric heating function: the full-automatic heating equipment can adjust the dry and wet degree of materials to solve the difficulties which are not plug and not molding.

5.Low labor cost and easy to operate.

6.The finished burning materials are with 95% burning rate, the 4% burned ash can be used as fertilizer.
