QYM-Concertina Razor Barbed Wire
When you need to get serious about security, Concertina RazorBarbed Wire is the answer. It is relatively inexpensive,

Razor Wire is made of a corrosion resistant galvanized steel cutting ribbon wrapped around a core of galvanized
