Brief PM710A Modern is a modern series Parking Management System for managing pay-to-park facilities with medium traffic flow and requirements of modern and smart design equipments, for both occasional and registered parkers. Card is manually dispensesd to occasional parkers, and registered parkers get access and leave by self-service swiping their cards on entrance & exit controller respectively, or enter and leave w/o stop if card is read by long range reader.It is ideal solution for parking lots with medium traffic flow such as shopping centres,exhibition centres, hospitals, airports etc.

2. Semi-Unmanned Entry
Semi-Unmanned entry helps you reduce labor cost. Entry guard manually dispenses cards for occasional parkers, and registered parkers get access by self-service swiping their cards on entrance controller, or enter w/o stop if card is read by long range reader.
3. Charge Occasional Parkers by Cash Register
When leaving, occasional parkers come to the pay-station and give card to guard, and the guard uses a card reader and cash register to collect cash only. The charging data will be displayed and stored in cash register.
4.Charge Registered Parkers by Self-service Exit Controller
Registered parkers leave by self-service swiping their cards on exit controller, or leave w/o stop if card is read by long range reader, this reduces your labor cost.
5.Cash Register, Controller and PC Work Separately
Cash Register and Controller separately work fine without connecting to a PC. The data stored in Cash Register and controller will be automatically uploaded to a computer if connected.
6.Unique Technology of Detecting Unpaid Vehicle
System automatically records cars coming or leaving without reading cards or without paying.
8.User-friendly LCD and Voice Prompt
LCD displays text-chart and support English edition, guiding driver to swipe card to enter .Voice Prompt gives a warm-hearted welcome to drivers
9.Capture Driver`s face (optional)
When vehicle leaves at the exit, two face pictures respectively taken at the entry and exit will be shown together side by side on the screen for comparison to ensure the safety of parking.

12.Intelligent Barrier
The digital barrier adopts 70w integrated decelerating torque motor and intelligent control unit. It integrates pressure wave resistance-rebound, loop detector / infrared triple anti-collision and anti-collision rubber pole to ensure the safety of vehicles coming in or out.

Components description
1.Entrance Barrier, Exit Barrier
As one part of parking management system, barrier gate stops unauthorized parkers entering your premises, or giving access to authorized parker.
2.Entrance Controller
Entry guard manually gives card to occasional parker for access to the parking lots. While registered parker get access by self-service swiping their cards close to the reader built-in Entrance Controller, or enter w/o stop if card is read by external long range reader. Typically Entrance Controller is coupled with Entrance Barriers, Loop Detectors, and optional accessories, depending on the site requirements.
3.Exit Controller
With it registered parkers can leave by self-service swiping their cards close to the reader built-in Exit Controller, or leave w/o stop if card is read by external long range reader. Typically Exit Controller is coupled with Exit Barriers, Loop Detectors, and optional accessories, depending on the site requirements.
4.Loop Detector
Connecting to a ground induction coil with two relays output, loop detector is to detect existence of vehicles.
5.Cash Register

6.Parking Management Software & PC
