SD rubber powder for making stamp pads

This is a white or pale yellow powder, has passed testing of SGS, and doesn’t contain toxins which are harmful to human’s health, such as phthalate. It is a new environment-friendly stamp material, and in accordance with standard of EN71.

It is compatible with inks of other brands.The most suitable temperature of being sulptured is 160-170°C, lasts 2-5 minutes. Under this condition you can give superior result.

Coarse powder is less than 200 meshes. Fine powder is more than 200 meshes. Superfine powder is more than 300 meshes. Coarse powder is for case of powder storage. Fine powder is the forming powder of stamp pattern. Superfine powder is prepared for the stamps which require higher. Different stamp powders could be combined together to produce stamps. These products have better elasticity, better intensity and more equal diameter of hole. The functions of storing ink and permeating are nice.

In order to be accordance with environment-friendly standard, please use new mould and clean operating tools. Please clean the moulds and operating tools with solvent before using.
