Scope of Application:
PST-552 silicone rubber Cream, the viscosity can be adjusted to the fluid type or half fluid type.It has the function of sealing and become the elastomer after curing.Anti hot cold change by turns and has good insulating property, Damp proofing ,waterproof,quakeproof. It can be used on sealing, coating and pouring of electronic Component, LED module, back light, admixture electric circuitry and it has the function of cementation, sealing and consolidating.
Properties:
1.Non-corrosive: Will not cause corrosion to the surfaces of articles.2.Odorless: The materials release no unpleasant smells or pungent cure by products even in the curing stage. 3.Fast cure: Because of their short tack free time, these products are particularly suitable for using in assembly line production. 4.Excellent bonding properties: bonds to most substrats such as metals, glass and some plastics without the aid of primers.5.Excellent Electrical Properties: Retains excellent electrical properties even when exposed to severe ambient conditions. 6.Excellent Resistance to Temperature: Retains excellent mechanical properties and electronical properties over a wide temperature range (-60~300°C). 7.Excellent Weatherability: Stands up to extended exposure to weather, ultraviolet light, ozone, and water. Deterioration from outdoor use negligible. 8.Easy Application: Can be applied directly from tubes or cartridges and quickly cures at room temperature to a durable, reliant rubber.

Using Method :
1. Clean the surface to get rid of the rust, oil, or any dirty. 2. Stick temporary band to protect the surface after cleaning, and move the band off after applying of the glue. 3. Cut the bottleneck and fix the nozzle on, then, cut the tube along the seam width. 4. Extrude the glue on the place to be sealed after fixing the glue bottle on the gun. To promise the glue to be even and no stopping, keep the extrusion continuous and the nozzle of the spray gun move slowly. Bubbles or holes would enter if the gun moves too quickly. 5. About 10 minutes later, to be dry. Keep the thick during assembling. Would set after 24 hours at normal temperature.
Warning: 1. It is not preferred for the applying at the air-tight situation. Keep ventilative during the operation as the acetic acid is released due to the chemical reaction. 2. No toxic of product. But be careful not to make the glue get into the eyes or nose. Wash them at once if does. 3. Keep smooth and continuous during applying of the glue onto the sealing surface. The adhesive performance would be not good if the air get in. 4. Tighten the lid at once and take off the extrusion nozzle after gluing to avoid entering of the wet air and causing of the solidifying. Eliminate the remnants around the nozzle. 5. Operate at 5-40Centigrade and humidity of 40-80%.
Storage and Packing:1. The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and shade during storage. The shelf life is 9 months in room temperature. 2. Packing specification: 45g/pc tube packing, 85g/pc tube packing.
