Description

Yellowish or milky powder, with light Cinnamomum cassia fragrance, soluble in alcohols or æther, SSG is 1.09, melting point is 76-85.

Application

For fluoro gum vulcanization agent,good vulca-nized rubber performance.It can avoid vulcaized rubber producing air aperture.The dosage are 23parts in carbon black rubber,34parts in mineral loading material rubber.Usually()molding vulcanize 30 mins.at 149; ()hot air vulcanize 24h.at 204.

Characteristics

It produces fluoroelastomer compounds with better tear and tensile strengths at elevated temperature than compounds formulated with bisphenol curing system.

It produces compounds with better processing safety but slightly poorer resistance to compression set than are produced with bisphenol curing system or 1# diamine curing agent. It has a plasticizing effect resulting in lower compound viscosity.

Package: It is packed in plastic bottles or drums, 250grams each bottle,or according to the customers requirement.

This product is poisonless. It is stable even after a long period exposure and will not react when exposed to the atmosphere.
