1,Assembly welding

(1)The welding slag are thoroughly cleared before grinding

(2)It is strictly prohibited to grind into the mother material surface to reduce material section

(3)Clean up welding surface splash, sundry, wipe the surface dirt, and in addition to oil or rust.

2,Burnish in factory

3,Galvanization

(1)Strictly control galvanized thickness, flowing is prohibited.

(2)According to the provisions s of the factory production accuracy, flatness, diagonal, horizontal spacing error are within 5 mm
