Technique Parameters:

1.For UL and CE standard ground rod.copper thickness equals or exceeds 0.254mm.

2.Electricity resistivity less than 0.059Ωmm2.

3.Tensile strength equals or exceeds 600N/mm2.

4.Anti-corrosion:put in concentration of 10% nitric acid,soaking for more than 90 hours,no corrosion weight loss equals or exceeds 15%.

5.Copper bonding strength: sustain heat above 300 °C up to 1 hour after the quench,the copper layer is not peeled off.

6.Copper coating plasticity: bend the ground rod to 180 degree,the copper layer doesn’t break or peel.
