1. Key Features:

(1), FLD-156 is a robust all-purpose solar module with 72 mono-crystalline solar cells connected in series;

(2), High efficiency solar cells, delivering a module series efficiency of up to 15.6%, minimizing installation costs and maximizing the power output of your system per unit area;

(3), High transparency low iron tempered glass with enhanced stiffness and impact resistance;

(4), Standard waterproof junction box, with bypass diode, which protects the module from burning caused by hot-spot effort because of shading;

(5), Output power tolerance of +/-3% ensuring high reliability;

(6), With or without screw anodized aluminum frames, passing mechanical load test of 5400Pa to strengthen the load hold and to stand against high wind.

(1), Every cell in individually inspected and power-matched to ensure consistent performance between the cells in the module array;

7. Raw material

8. Composition

(1), Tempered glass

Highly transmittance tempered glass is adopted. This makes solar modules perform very well in safety, high efficiency and module protection against wind, frost, rain, snow, impact or corrosion. Moreover, the surface of this protection glass transmits more solar radiation, resulting in securing higher efficiency and lower energy losses.

(2). and 4. Top quality EVA encapsulating

Due to lamination solar cells, glass and film are connected durably, thus providing the system with excellent protection. When laminating, the material transforms into highly homogeneous UV radiation resistance jell.

(3), High quality solar cells

Solar cells demonstrate high and stable conversion efficiency. At the same time, high efficiency of whole solar modules is secured. Cell transition resistance is minimum. Instead, the cells demonstrate high tensile strength, homogeneous color and attractive looks.

(5), Top quality americium fluoride film

An excellent adhesiveness based on the EVA material; excellent resistance against climatic influences, insolubility, aging and water resistance. The film is highly impermeable allowing for excellent protection of EVA material and solar cells against erosive substances (water, oxygen, caustic).

(6), Reliable connecting box

Excellent sealing ability provides safe and reliable electrical bonding. As opposed to spring contacts, the contacts here are soldered which is why no excessive heating or contact quality worsening appears. Cement offers excellent heat absorption, prevents diode damage cause by heat and serves as a protection against escape current.

(7), Mechanic conductor joint

Easy-to-connect conductor joint secures safety and functionality of connections. Flexible component units ameliorate economic efficiency and easy operation. Due to low contact transition resistance no major heat damage or energy losses occur.

(8), High quality aluminum frame

Anodized aluminum frame provides the module with good mechanic qualities, easy installation and protection – secures earth bond of the construction; secures long-term module protection against corrosion even in the most severe climatic conditions.
