metal nutter ring SS316L applies thin plate stamping, forming lateral wall opening filler.

There is a flanging reinforced rib with several holes on the back of the saddle.

The reinforced rib on the saddle and flanging on it, not only improved rigidity of fillers

but also can be made from thin materials to reduce fillers’ weight.

As the diameters of the two semicircular rings are different, the overlapping

when filler stacks can be avoided, forming average and open filling layer.

This is helpful to transverse diffusion of liquids in the layer and renewal on the liquid surface,

making the filling layer possess high surface utilized ratio, and be helpful to mass transfer

and heat transfer in the filling layer.
