Features: 

1. A kind of widely used cold work tool steel, belong to carbon chromium ledeburitic steel.

2. With good quench-hardening ability, good wear resistance ability ,as well hot workability.

3. Carbide is well widely distributed inside, use in making all kinds of complex shape hot work tool steel in heavy      running condition.

4. After repeated explorations and testing, we create reasonable smelt technique and special ingot mould and forging technique, lead the material organization to well-distributed and accordance.

 

Aplication:  Due to its good wear resistance, it is widely used in making cold die and punch, cold shearing ,drilling bushing ,gauge, wortle, coining die,thread rolling die, screw thread rolling die and so on, which are small impact load but need high wearable ability.

Annealing temperature: 800-850 Centigrade

Annealing hardness: 248 HB Max.

Destressing temperature: 650 Centigrade Approx.

Hot forming temperature: 1050-850 Centigrade

Quenching temperature: 940-970 Centigrade

Hardening media: oil quenching, Salt bath 220-250 Centigradeor 500-550 Centigrade, air or compressed air.

Quenching hardness: 63-65 HRC
