Characteristic:

1. adding some tungsten into chromium silicon steel.

2. keeping fine grain when quenching by adding tungsten

3. obtaining good ductility when quenching 

4. more temperature strength and hardenability than 4CrW2Si and 5CrW2Si 

Application:

     For making all sorts of tools, such as air operated tool, chisel, cold shears, cavity plate, air hammer tools, etc.

annealing	≤600°C ,   air cooling
hot treatment  quench	860-900°C   oil cooling  ≥57HRC
backfire	200-250°C   air cooling   HRC: 53-58
	430-470°C   air cooling   HRC: 45-58

Smelting equipments: 3 and 4 tons induction furnaces; electric arc furnace of 10t ,refining furnace vacuum furnace, electric slag furnaces of 0.3, 0.5t, 1t, 3t, 5t, especially 3 and 5 tons electric slag furnaces which feature both unipolar and bipolar series functions. Processing equipments:electric-hydraulic hammer; supporting equipments:gas producer, reheating furnace, gas annealing furnace, electric annealing furnace, electric-hydraulic grinding machine, electric band saw and gantry saw,etc. 

Inspection equipment:Detective equipments have the functions of chemical analysis, physics property and mechanical property.
