  Installation :

1. this switch should be mounted on the two opposite side of the belt in pairs way and make sure the edge of the belt is at one third of height of the vertical roll and perpendicular with it.

2. weld the bracket onto the belt stand, and then fix the switch on the bracket by bolts.

3. the axial of the vertical roll should be perpendicular with the belt plane and keep 50-100mm distance between the roll and the edge of the belt.

4. , the device should be mounted at the opposite side in pairs way at this three position such as the head, tail, mid of the conveyor belt. Normally ,3 pairs(6 units) for 100m long. 

l Connection 

When leave factory, The device equipped with the cable including 6 core which are yellow, red, black, brown, blue, white, and green respectively. In case exception please take the circuit diagram as criterion.

l Points for attention
