It is use for cotton, fibre,hemp and their blends. Under controlling tension, use thick caustic soda, the fabric has stable side, lasting long gloss and improved dyed adsorption. 

MAIN FEATURE:

PLC control, multi-unit alternative current frequency converter drive.The boiled fabric imprerate heavy caustic soda in tension state during the mercerizing section to expanding the cotton fibre sufficiently.The free caustic will be washed off with warm light caustic solution by flushing and suction type for several times during clips stenter section, then it occurs mercerizing effect.The remained caustic on fabric can be removed completely by steam washing. After that, the textile strength of the fabric increases and the affinity to dyes is impoved. Adopts auto control system to ensure each technical parameter, and make our products more stable.
