1, Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic integration, controlled by Siemens-made PLC, high performance and intelligentized operation.
2, Machine structures: The machine's main body, warping unit, is mounted on rails, its movement is controlled by a servo motor. The beaming unit, leasing stand and creel are fixed on the ground. When warping, the strips are always kept in the central lines of the leasing stand and creel.
3, Warping drum and drive. The great steel drum with fixed-angle conic body is calibrated to a high dynamic balance precision, is driven by a motor by a AC frequency converter and rotates at a constant linear speed. The warping speed and a low speed are preset on the touching screen.
4, 4,Strip displacement. The displacing device, driven by a AC digital servo driver, receive the digital signal from sensor on the drum and shifts synchronously with the drum's movement, which features rapidresponse and high precision. Moreover, the servo drive instead of screw rod or gear drive directly drives the rollers, and keep from shake of the machine and facilitate the unit's installment.
5, Constant distance winding. The warping table's movement forward and backward is controlled by a step motor. While warping, the table move back at a mean speed, and the distance between guide roller and built-up yarn on the drum keeps constant, relieving strip diffusion and making the yarn sheet tension uniform.
6, Comb. The front comb is mounted on rails with slide block, and its position can automatically be adjusted by a pneumatic cylinder. When warping,the comb is close to the guide roller to relieve strip diffusion. When the machine stops, the table moves back automatically and facilitates thefollowing operation.
7, Warping brake. The pneumatic and hydraulic supercharging technology is adopted. The drum is sensitively braked by a clamping brake (when at 400m/min warping speed, the braking distance is less than 3 meters),and made a broken end not wind into built-up yarn. So the efficiency and warp quality on drum is improved. 8,Beaming tension. The tension can be automatically controlled with damping type beaming. While beaming, the tension keeps constant or larger in inner layer or smaller in outer layer. 9,Beaming unit. The unit is wholly fixed on the ground, featuring less area covering and convenient operation. 10,Leasing comb. A 3-point positioning totally-automatic leasing comb is equipped with the machine, yarn ends from creel is automatically leased. 11,Complete auxiliary functions. The waxing, pressing device against the loom beam(selective) and static eliminator are available. 12,Electric unit and key components: All electric and pneumatic elements in the unit are selected from international reputed brands,and are reliablein quality. 13,Complete error detection system. Errors occurring at the operating machine can be detected at any momet, including mistake operation, position-limited protection and the computer run. The detected date is displayed in Chinese and in English to be easy to maintenane. 14,A great touching type display screen is equipped to set and control various technological parameters, featuring convenient and good visualization. 15,Production information statistics.
