Main Application

This assembly machine is mainly used for automatic production of pen style multi-sample needle. It consists of fully automatic labeling machine and automatic assembly machine and automatic assembly machine. It can finish feeding, needle inserting, gluing, drying, latex cover loading, needle tip silicify, front and rear protective cover loading, stickers posting and counting automatically. All processes are finished in automatic line without touch of human body.
