Features:

1.pump cylinder

each treadle pump has two cylinders which are made of engineering plastic.the diameter of a cylinder is 100.5mm and the height is 280mm.

2.non-returns valves

the pump has two pair of non-return valves,one pair of them are in side of the pump and the other pair of the them are outside of the pump.the valves type is flapper type.It is made of circular rubber with the diameter of 90mm and the thickness of 2.5mm

3.pistons

the pistons assembly constitutes the pistons rod (25mm*6mm) and rubber cups with the thickness of 5.5mm

4.treadles

the treadles are made of channel steel materials with the length of 1000mm.the hinge is at the end.

5.treadle support

the treadle support ensures that the pump is portable and supports all other components of the pump.it is made of 50mm*30mm square steel tube.
