Wire feeding machine for welding /welding machine
This series of machine is used for continuous automatic feeding of welding wire 2.0-5.8(8.0)mm, length 250-450(700)mm into the 45° pressing powder coating mould from wire storing tank to ensure continuous powder pressing coating production. We have two types of machine, one is HSP450H/L frequency conversion timing type, one is HSB450H/L mechanical speed timing type to satisfy different requirements.
Close and oil immersing type column gear transmission with hard gear surface is adopted, which have high transmission precision and long using life type gear. Two pairs of wire feeding wheels and one pair of speed accelerating wheel vertical shaft transmission are used for wire feeding structure. All pairs of wheels have clamping force compensate during wire feeding process. Trail type is adopted for wire storing device fixing, which can adjust the distance between falling wires.
