DATA PRINTER

A hand-held data printer provides a printed historical joint record containing all the important parameters relating to the jointing process. Using the options presented on the LCD screen of the Fusion butt fusion machine or electrofusion controller, it is easy for the user to select and print the relevant joint records.

Can be used by a supervisor as a ‘silent policeman’ to ensure pipeline joint integrity.

Provides the installer with documentary evidence of good working practices.

Helps utilities and contractors to conform to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 enabling the operator to demonstrate traceability of parameters for a ‘special process which cannot undergo destructive testing’.
