2.Ours secondary cable mainly include Kickless cable and single conductor cable.
1)Kickless cable: A low-reactance water cooled flexible cable composed of 2 separate conductors insulated mutually and braided into a single hose.
2)Single conductor cable: A water cooled flexible,in which each of go-and-return path conductors is braided into a hose,usually making a set.

Technical conditions
1. Main cable: cross area is 150x2 mm2, length 2.4m, auxiliary cable 160mm2, length 0.6m.
2. Rubber pipe has good flexibility, the surface bound up tightly and fitly, after installation, it has no transparent flexure.
3. The hermetization performance of water system: at 0.7Mpa, it has no leakage.
4. Water flux: > 2x3L/min at 0.25Mpa, the specification of water circulated pipe joint: 3/8”.
5. Temperature rise of cable: less than 20°C at spot welding 100 times with 150KVa or 160KVA suspension spot welding machine (current: 10000A, energization duration: 0.2s)
6. Insulation resistance: > 3MΩ between cables in rubber pipe; > 3MΩ between two terminals of two electrodes
7. Voltage drop on cable: < 20% of secondary voltage of transformer.
8. Each set of cable shall have legible nameplate, label, and specifications. The cable connector has smooth surface, and no crack and etc damage.
9. Working life: more than 300, 000 operations of spot welding at 10000A (+10%), every energization duration 0.2s.
