 Introduction

The ceramic welding backing blocks are widely uesd in one-side welding technique of automatic and semi-automatic welding in shipbuilding, bridge building, chemical industry and steel structure making.

Using the ceramic welding blocks could help to save some back processes and thus to increase the work efficiency and reduce the cost as well as to improve the working environment.

1). Density: >1.75g/cm² 

2). Water absortion: <0.4%

3). Strength of rapture: >50N/cm² or will not get broken after falling from 1 meter height.

4). Fire-resistant temp.: > 1300°C

5). Aluminium foil pelling-off stength: >8N/25mm

6). Aluminium foil stickness: 1h/25mmx25mm & 1kg w/o movement.
