MaterialsSoft copper used for enameled rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.2-85, the resistivity is not more than 0.01724Ω·mm2/m at 20°. According to different mechanical strength, below proof stressRp0.2 is recommended:C1 Rp0.2(>100~180)N/ mm2C2 Rp0.2(>180~220)N/ mm2C3 Rp0.2(>220~260)N/ mm2Soft aluminum used for enameled rectangular wire shall conform to GB5584.3-85, the resistivity is not more than 0.0280Ω·mm2/m at 20°.According to different electric insulation requirement to select Grade 1 enamel 0.08-0.11mm or Grade 2 enamel 0.12-0.16mm. Generally, epoxy resin increase of epoxy enameled rectangular wire is about 0.03-0.05mm.Our company adopts medium wearing instrument(tgδ) to filter enameling technics, makes enamel solidify more perfect.
