1, THE CONTROL SYSTEM

 Automatic control system: the control system of M800 and DELPHI (M800B) is import form Italy which can realize that the center computer control a lot of kilns at a same time

2:.THE AIRCIRCULATION SYSTEM

 We have adopted the 3KW high temperature-resistant motor of grade H, efficient fans of casting aluminum; configuration is according to the kiln’s width scientifically to guarantee the wind velocity between the plates around 1.5-2.0m/s

3THE HEATING SYSTEM

 The bimetallic ribbed pipes heaters we using have a high thermal efficiency, less  resistance  with the cooling area of high-power to ensure the requirement of fasting warming. The import  heating valve we adopted is reliable and safe

4THE SPRAY SYSTEM

 The import spray valve we adopted is reliable and safe.

  The steam spray of moisture control system is using the special techniques; it can turn the superheated dry steam to the steam of normal pressure with saturation to humidity no matter how high the pressure of boiler’s steam is. It’s better to humidity the dry hardwood.

The hot water humidity system is using the stainless pipes which can ensure the effect of hot water humidity.

5THE VENT SYSTEM

 The rotation vent motor of Siemens designed scientifically and removes the wet air of the kilns effectively.

6THE ALL-ALUMINUM CASE

 The columns, trusses and the panels of inner and outer are covering by the aluminum of 1.2mm thick, connecting by stainless gong bolt and aluminum rivet. The whole case without the black metal and durable.
