Hou to make drawings and how to output them to the machineYou can write a program Accoding  HPGL format on computer and then output it to the machine via RS-232 serial port or trough a flash disk and a flash disk adaptor. Using professional software ,you can drawing any figures or editing figures and graphs from gallerycartridge font and then output it to the machine.Using a 3D scanner, (The other products of our company)you can input the surface data of a 3D sample to a computer, and then edit it by enlarge , reduce, deformat, integrat etc., then output it to the machine.

       You can learn how to operate it in 2 hours if you can know how to use computer.

Structure:   X,Y,Z axis employ ball rolling guide ways(Chinese patent), precise still balls rolling between 4 long hardening stell rods embedded on the guide way seat and 4 short hardening stell rods embedded on the slide block ,and the gaplash can be adujusted to zero convienently.  The X,Y,Z lead screw using rolling whell screw(Chinese patent),there are 3 rolling whells assembled at the nut and contact with the screw , one whel lis forced by a spring so as to eliminate the axial gaplash automatically within the live period . Our company also produce Machining Centers, most machine parts of GV2518F are machined by machining center, to ensure each machine parts precise and good quality.
