Titanium dioxide
It is based on the experience of vitriol (Sulfuric acid) production process, combining many innovative researches such as inorganic coating, organic treatment, salt treatment, calcination control, hydrolysis, product applications and so on.
1 The production process:
The production process adopts the advanced hue and size control technology, zirconium, silicon, aluminum, phosphorus multiple inorganic coating and new organic processing technology,it is a new generation of high-end and general-purpose type (water-biase) rutile titanium dioxide, applicable to a variety of architectural coatings, industrial paint, anticorrosive paint, ink, powder coatings and so on.
2 Application features:
2.1 Blue bottom and high whiteness:
Its particle size is small and uniform, scatter the blue light more effectively than the large size, therefor it has a bluer bottom and more excellent whiteness.
2.2 High weather resistance:
It has a higher rutile content, intact crystal lattice, adequate filler, adopts adequate zirconium, silicon, aluminum, phosphorus multiple inorganic coating and organic processing, can ensure high weather-resistance.
2.3 Good dispersion:
it reduces the contact between the tio2 particles through the special inorganic surface treatment and organic surface treatment ,make the R-258 have a good dispersion in the application process,so it has a good wettability, easy to grind.
2.4 Low oil absorption:
its low oil absorption property make it have good mobility in the paint and ink
area application, help to save the cost.
2.5 Low wear:
R-258 applicates special hydrolysis, salt processing, calcined and surface treatment, the particles are relatively soft and easy to grind,so the wear is low.
