PSZ serial automatic vacuum foaming machine
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION\
The machine is integrated with internationally advanced electronicoriginal elements with a PLC programmable controller and a touch screen Chinese displayer. It works in two modes of normal feeding and pressure feeding of material, and the two modes can be switched as per the structure and shape of the mode .It is optional for full automatic, semi-automatic and manual operating method. The machine is driven by hydraulic pressure with a fast/slow differential system to ensure the precise time for mould opening and closing in an economized tine and stable operation.Various modes of heating method can be optionally used as per the pdroduct shape so as to ensure the product quality. A vacuum and nefative pressure system can ensure a low water content, rapid shaping, and short dying period(or without drying ).
