The advantages of High-frequency induction drying method:

1: Energy saving

Statistics condition: count by the most conservative condition, supposing the annual production time is 200 days, working 16 hours per day, the electric price is 0.8 yuan per kilowatt (in China), to meet the energy requirements of equipment with the capacity of 300cans/min.

Energy consumption of drying by tubular electric heating element: 700 watts each heating tube, six tubes on each electric heating boxes, every drying machine possesses 9 electric heating boxes, the annual energy consumption is:

 700 Watts X 6 tube / degree X 16 hours/ day X 9 degrees X 200 days = 120960 kwh

 0.8 yuan / kwh X 120960 kwh = 96768 yuan

Energy consumption of gas drying: According to industry statistics, the average level of energy consumption by gas drying is the tow-third of electric drying consumption , so under the same conditions. gas drying annually costs:

96768 yuan X 2 / 3 = 64512 yuan

Energy consumption of high-frequency drying: We design high-frequency induction drying machine with installed capacity of 50KVA. But the actual operation consumes only 5 kWh per hour. To design like this is order to extend equipment life, and to prevent overload avoiding impacting the equipment operation, such a design, just increase our company's manufacturing costs and will not affect the user’s cost control. Energy cost per year by high-frequency drying:

0.8 yuan / kWh X 5 kWh / hour X 16hours X 200 days = 12800 yuan

relative to the electric tube drier, high-frequency drier annually saves:

96768 yuan - 12800 yuan = 83968 yuan

relative to the gas drier, High-frequency drier annually saves:

64512 yuan - 12800 yuan = 51712 yuan

Statistics above were calculated based on conditions of the industry's most conservative conditions, the actual operating time is longer than the time calculated above, the saving effect is more positive.

2: Environmental

The hot air distribute while electric heating, the temperature of the workplace rise, volatile liquids like solvents (thinner) was blown by hot wind, the smell of solvent exudes and affect the working comfort.

Gas is not 100% complete combusted while gas drying, part of the gas evaporate, the workplace is full of heavy gas smell, workplace temperature rise, so the staff are not able to adapt to the environment, it also affect human health causing that recruitment is difficult.

High-frequency drying adopts regular position sense heating, use internal heating methods, no need heating media, the workplace temperature close to room temperature, no peculiar smell of volatile solvent. Our equipment detected by Shantou Environmental Protection Bureau, radiation is well below national safety standards.

3: Other aspects

Electric dryer occupy more than 10 meters, heating pipes need regular maintenance. Gas dryer need to configure the gas bottle, not only takes up space, but also there is a certain security risk. And high-frequency dryer is only 8 meters, with compact aesthetic appearance. The two conveyor belts are designed as “V” model, delivering cans smoothly, have high durability. In order to insure the can translating from coating machine to high-frequency dryer smoothly and stably, we specially designed magnetic transfer mechanism, replacing the two round tape . In addition, to make sure the can finishing dried well to transfer into the next process under control, our dryer specially configured speed accelerating and separate device for can body, to prevent rear-end and blocking phenomenon. The whole drying machine is lift and down by hydraulic mechanism. It is also assembled by defective product test and separate mechanism to ensure no defective product to outflow.
