1. Cardboard Feeding Mechanism
(1) Cardboard is correctly fed automatically and continuously and the intervals can be adjusted infinitely.
(2) Belt-driven device can be adjusted independently, and belt can be easily changed.
(3) Independent vibration motor mechanism improves quality of the cardboard feeding.
(4) Cardboard feeding knife and guard on both sides can be integrate adjusted up and down, which shortens the time for adjustment and box changing.
2. Folding Mechanism
(1) Long distance folding ensures the box to be folded with the first line of 180 degree and the third line of 135 degree, so that the box can be easily open when it is filled with something.
(2) The components can be easily changed, which makes it easy for the installation of different size of cardboard box.
3. Bottom Folding Mechanism
(1) Bottom folding components are installed on the turnable holder, which shortens the time for bottom folding, adjustment and box changing.
(2) Speed of bottom folding is ranged from 60 pieces to 400 pieces per minute, which is stable and reliable.
4. Gluing Mechanism
(1) The upper gluing mechanism can be accurately adjusted up and down or left and right independently to ensure good gluing quality.
(2) The lower gluing mechanism can be adjusted left and right, which features quantitative gluing, easy replacement and cleaning.
5. Structure Folding
The extension design ensures the folding belts on both left and right side to help the accurately adjustment of pilot wheels of all degrees so as to meet different materials and size requirements of boxes.
6. Pressing Mechanism
(1) Pressure can be adjusted easily and reliably to ensure superior quality of gluing.
(2) Equipped with counting device for production counting by user.
7. Conveying Mechanism
Unique design structure ensures pressure is evenly distributed. And the pressure and speed of the belt driven can be easily adjust to ensure prefect quality of product.
8. Cardboard Packing Mechanism
Equipped with independent speed adjustment device, which can adjust the speed of paper collecting according to the packing speed, and it is easy to operate.
9. Spurting System
VALCO (USA) system, commonly adopts with three air guns, which offers accurate, efficient gluing for four (six) corner box forming, as well as un-common shape box.
10. Servo System
YASKAWA (Japan) control system adopts Siemens PLC and special Signal Collection system, provides perfect accuracy for opposite-folding (four, six corner), and ensures ideal quality.
