1. Automatic piston type filling machine CXG-5000
CXG5000-6CX Filling machine is a new design improved volume filling machine. The whole machine is in-line arrangement structure and adopted servo motor to drive and volume measurement filling principle . Which make high filling accuracy. The machine is controlled by PLC and the interface is touch screen. It is easy to operate.What's more, the machine is installed with a high accuracy electronic scale system to transfer the weighing data automatically which makes the filling dose adjustment easier and more convenient.
2.Controlled by PLC programme. Double lead screw structure drived by servo motor guarantee high precision of piston motion route and filling capacity. Ball-screw and guide pillar install on both sides and ball-screw and lifting beam are fission connected. It is easy to chang(one person is able to change and no need to dismantle the beam). At present, other manufacturer like to install lead screw in the middle of the beam which make the change unconvenient, and need more than 2 person to dismantle.
