BF-XGS Vial filling and stoppering machine
Brief intorduction
1) High output is due to filling ,corking –putting using tracking disk with 8 or 12 stations.
2) Supplid with the devices to ensure both failure to run with shortage of bottle and cork and shutdown when bottles are turned.
3) Adpoted PLC control and touch screen for display and operation
4) Adpoted a speed control mode using frequency convertor to control the productive capacity.
5) For filling and sealing machine . the ceramic pump.SS pump creeping pump is optional.
6) Stop filling if thereis no cial, stop stopering if there is no vial.
7) Servo system to be optional for filling .
8) Filling machine is adopted horizontal type cellular-belts to transfer bottle ,it is fast and esay and accurate and easy to change format for different size of vial.
9) Adopt the horizontal stopper feeding at stoppering station, and use horizontal disk to inhale and hold stopper it is easy to observe and add the stopper and feature of high speed feeding .
