1. Advanced electric & mechanical devices in all the process from raw material feed-in, film coating to film winding to achieve the automatic operation.
2. Advanced SCR system to control the frequency converter and the temperature; Superior electric hydraulic devices built in the net changing part of the die for automatic control, convenient operation and high productivity.
3. Auto-rectifying device is adopted in the raw material feed-in process.
4. Automatic tension adjustable advice makes the material feed-in stable and in high speed.
5. Preheating roller to dry the raw materials before coating.
6. Forced cooling system in the coating cooling roller to ensure the high-quality drenching and coating.
7. The film winding device is featured by pneumatic cutting, adjustable edge cutting and edge blowing.
8. All roller clutches are controlled by pneumatic device.
