Application of this Sleeve Cutting Machine
It is used to convert the roll type shrink sleeve into short shrink sleeve label by cutting. It is a necessary equipment in shrink sleeve label making industry, working together with the Shrink Sleeve Central Seaming Machine and Inspection machine

1. Application material: PVC&PET Shrink sleeve in roll
2. Main drive: A.C motor + Inverter (to drive the cutting blade)
3. Feeding motors
a) For sleeve pulling, it is one step motor or servo motor that can raise the cutting speed and provide accurate sleeve length control.
b) For back roll unwinding, it is one DC motors that work with photoelctrical switches and can well control the sleeve tension with the help of dancing roll.
4. Microcomputer control, with functions as sleeve length setting, display of cutting speed, counting of ready sleeve, shift between printed sleeve and non-printed sleeve, batch setting ,etc.
5. Unwinding section
a) Two unwinding stations so it can loads two sleeve roll at one time
b) Brake sysem for unwinding
c) Automatic tension system for unwinding
6. Bag-making section
a) Machine is double deck so it can runs with two lines at one time
b) Cold-cutting blade is spring-adjustable type
c) It can cut two lines at a time
d) If making sleeve with printed colors, it can cut only one line at a time, becausemachine equipped with one printed logo tracking photocell and one step motor
