The precess of arranging preforms, uploading preforms and picking finished bottles is automatically finished by manipulator which is made of stainless steel, as well as the quantity of the preform uploading is automatically controlled according to the the quantity in preforms hoppers that helps to avoid the contamination.

Owing to the special cable connected with PLC and machine, user controls all actions of machine through PLC. Once the machine with problem, user will get the alarm signal and failure dagnosis report provided by the PLC, then the user could easily found the fault and clear the fault quickly.
