R1800F Rotary-arm vertical wrapping machine
Machine Introduction
The machine is fully automatic stretch wrap system that can operate in-line with other automatic equipment..Ideal wrapper for tall stacked loads that are unstable or too heavy to rotate.
The pallet is auto travelled to the pallet wrapper from the infeed conv.Wrapping cycle is automatic begin when the pallet is stopped in the wrapping position.Film attached against the pallet at the beginning of wrap and cut&grab film tail after wrapping finished.The wrapped load transported to the outfeed conv and waiting for the forktruck unload.And the machine is ready for next load.

Film Carriage
Powered pre-stretch system up to 200% to min film consumption(Prestretch ratio can be specially made according your requirements.).Film delivery variable speed by separate DC Drive Motor.Film dancer-bar with variable speed output .Rotating Power slip ring provide power required for carriage drive on rotary arm.
