Aluminum Foil Punching Machine

Full Automatic Production for Aluminum Foil Lids ,mainly used for varies dairy products, Instant Noodles , Beverage .

 main part , unreeling , embossing , feeding traction, scrap collection , controller.

 Overall unit is channel steel construction, two sides steel plate , Top cover steel stainless plate.

 Unreeling adopt 3" pneumatic, electromagnetic brake are applicated in  tension controlling .

 A pair of embossing roller is made as per customer's design .

 Feeding is fixed-length controlled by stepper motoror by tracking .

 Punching Part driven by main motor works in deflection horizontal direction ,equipped with   guiding finished goods collection .

 Scrap is collected by Synchronous machine with electromagnetic clutch .

  Touch Screen is in Adoption for the controller part ,seperate operation box , settings : length ,speed ,qty per min. Alarm ,urgency stop , photoelectric tracking ,stop with Full Nos.

  Transmission shaft ,guide roller , tension roller all use rolling bearing

  A pair of Mold ,3-5 pieces in each cut
