JL-201B Water-based Laminated Oil

Product introduction:

JL-201B  is synthesized by water polyurethane. Non-toxic, Non-burning, recommended to be used for the manufacturing process of laminated PVC CARDS, which is of excellent fastness, transparency, printability and good adhesion. It can reduce the possibility of the transparent film tearing off from the printing layer.

Usage: 1. Silk screen pring: Waterproof type single screen2. Drying: Hot air drying is suggested3. Laminating temperature: 110-150°C4. Screen after use should be cleaned by water rapidlyPackage: 50/125/200kg per bucket

  

Operation Note 

This material is not fammable, non-corrosive and non-toxic, but the personnel handing this should wear protective equipment and it must been professional trained.

Detection of leaks or poorly ventilated, should be immediately reported.

Don't store contaminated liquid back into the primary storage container.

Storage Note 

5--35°Csealed storage, avoid exposure, protect from freezing

Containers should be marked clearly and closed tight when it is not in use.

Stored in cool, ventilation place where is away from sunlight.

Get rid of comnustible material, no cigarettes, matches or any source of ignition in storage area.
