Powder B is a must for bicomponent primer, and the mixture needs to be used within 4 hours.

 

Application: It's used before applying PU or graft adhesive on the rubber surface, enhance the bonding strength of adhesive.  Brush the rubber sole before using adhesive can increase the bonding strength of adhesive

Notice:

Select the appropriate primer according to the bonding materials. Treat the surface according to the procedure before using the primer. Adhesive can be used after the primer completely dries. Oven temperature for drying the primer must be set between 55°C to 65°C. After 5~10 minutes, it can be completely dried. The primer has smell, when it dries, the smell will not exist. The drying time depends on the amount of primer applied.

    4. The brusing tools should be regularly cleaned and changed to ensure the using effect.
