Exultra Bright Acid Copper Plating:
Applicable to be used in complex components plating. It has the outstanding performance and excellent ability; especially uesed for plating of bathroom ware components, high grade plastic, jewelry,fancy decorative lighting.
1. Plating for jewelry and artware: white Cu-Sn, bright silver , gold plating after bright acid copper plating can make the suface bright and esthetic, clrar, no-foggy, no pitting mark.
2. Plating for bathroom ware, plastic,decordative lighting: supper leveling, good leving in LCD area, full deposit, bright color and no pitting mark.

Cupric sulfate 200~220g/L
Pure sulfuric acid 55~70 g/L
Chloride ion 70~120 mg/L
Make up Solution EXULREA-MU 6~8 mL/L
Brightener EXULTRA-A 0.4~0.6mL/L
Brightener EXULTRA-B 0.4~0.6mL/L
Temperature 20~35°C
Cathode current density 1~6 A/dm2
Anode current density 0.5~2.5 A/dm2
Anode Phosphorous copper anode (0.03~0.06% phosphorous)
Electric voltage 1.5~6V
