Operation procedure:

Clean the foreign matters of the substrate surface and sanding it if it is too smooth. Keep clean and dry. Spray Eagle Epoxy Micaceous Iron Oxide (MIO) Middle Paint one time. Make sure the coat is even and the thickness should be 30-40um. This is a transition layer to combine the substrate and cover paint effectively.Repair the hollows with putty. Then blast and clean again.Cover coating: after 12-24 hours coat fluorocarbon paint two times. For the first time, spray 30um. Remember to keep the spray gun vertical with the coat surface, thus make sure it is sprayed neatly. After 24 hours, blast and clean before spray the 2nd time. Thickness should be 20-30um.

Caution:

If operation in the outside, avoid rain, smog or when the temperature is below 5.If operate in hot summer, add diluents in.Before spraying, clean the substrate and stir well to avoid uneven gloss and problems brought by sedimentation.The operation environment shall be clean and paint is stored free from high temperature and direct sunshine.Pay attention to fire, wear protection when painting.
