1,Appearance: see the standard color card (Customer’s requirement is available).

2,The content of solid: 40% + 2%

3,Adhesion: 100% (the case method).

4,Resistance  to Humidity:  70°C/ 75%RH * 48 Hours.

5. Pigments metal: heavy metal content conform to international standards (see the SGS).

 

Method of application

Stir Evenly: stir Evenly before use it ,   then stir with water ,  handle spray ink after the surface clear.

 

2,  Surface treatment: The material must be  cleaned  before being spraying.

3,Drying conditions: finger touch---25-30mintutes

                          Real Drying……24 hours

                        repairing-----30 hours

4.  After the operation, the ink must be Sealed,  for that the ink can not deteriorate.

 

Attention

1, The ink is flammable material, Keep it away from fire and Smoking is

  Prohibited in the workshop.

2. Please  avoid skin contact and breathing excessive ink spray, and wear the protective mask.

3. If your eyes or Skin is infected, please clean with them with water immediately, then ask help from doctor.

4.    Keep the workshop ventilated, and put the ink In the cool place.

5,     After the operation, the barrel will be sealed and be put in the place without children’s touch.
