The paper is uniform and tight, no holes, very thin. It has high machine tear, good ventilation, capacitance liquid absorption and chemical purity. Copper and iron ions, chloride and the ash content are extremely low. It's nearly neutral PH value. Physical electrical performance is excellent. For breakdown voltage, electric particles have specific requirements.

It takes unbleached sulphate needle wood pulp as raw materials, without any auxiliary materials, by high viscosity beating, shape on special long thin pages paper machine, and by super press polish. The production water needs ion exchange process, so that copper, iron, chloride ion content is extremely low.
