Applications and Characters:

The machine is a dual purpose machine which can do thermal or water-based film lamination on one machine. For water-based film lamination, it uses environment friendly glue, no need for heating, energy saving and high speed. For thermal film lamination, pre-coated film is used and the roller is heated by circulated oil which makes the roller heating stable and even. The whole machine is automatic from paper feeding, gluing, laminating and delivering of the sheet under the control of PLC, almost trouble free.

1. Feeder

1). The feeder adopts once one sheet continuous feeding. 

2. Transporting Part

1). Five conveying belt with pressing rollers guarantee the stable transportation of sheet to the designed position.

2). The use of front and side lays ensures the precisions of the sheet at front and side

3). The electric detector will stop the machine when lacking of sheet is detected to prevent the glue to the roller.

4). The transporting of the sheet is controlled by the stepless gear box to ensure the accurate positioning of the paper.

3. Gluing Part

1). The gluing roller is specially designed of core type for an even gluing.

2). The pressing pressure adopts manual hydraulic pressing.

3). The rubber used in the rubber roller adopts high quality imported rubber.

4). Automatic gluing system, perforator and cutter is equipped for an easy operation.

4. Heating Part

1). The heating part adopts oil heating with automatic temperature control.

5). Delivery part

1). The special designed delivery part matches with the delivery rollers very well for a smooth delivery

6). Auto-control System

1). The auto-control system adopts world wide available electric component and PLC to ensure a high accuracy and longevity of the machine.

Options: Powder Removal Function, Open Window Unit.

If it is needed, the automatic water base film laminating machine can be equipped with powder removal function and open window device.

The machine with powder removal function has the features of glue saving and more shining lamination for the finished products.Automatic open window water base film laminating machine can do open window as well as ordinary film lamination. It is used for laminating printed film to window paper like ornament box, medicine box, etc. As the open-window box has a good view of the goods inside, it is an ideal choice to use this machine for visual box industry.
