1. Japanese imported with original packing Yaskawa double servo drive with accurate precision, reduced mechanical drive with lower mechanical failure rate.

2. Weinview touch panel operation, parameter (staple interval, staple quantity, staple kind, back baffle) alternated faster and conveniently.

3. The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.   

4. Back motor driven baffle applies stepper motor makes measurement accurate and alternated more conveniently and faster.  Electric baffle

6. Optoelectronic and proximity switch adopt Schneider brand.

7. Bottom die and cutter adopt Japanese tungsten steel (wearproof)

8. Whole set of nailhead are made from special steel, and precision finished by computer gongs.

9. It could be single nail /, double nails //, and strengthened nails ( //  /  /  // Dlouble nails at both ends and two single nails in the middle) and could finish one time to meet different requirements of kinds of staples.

10. It takes only one mimute to alternate measurement of cartons and adjusts stitching pitch. It’s convenient and saves a lot of time.

11. This stitcher could both stitch cartons with cover and the ones without cover (It must be stated if it applies to stitch cartons without cover when purchase machine).

12. Paper feeding section in the front could count cartons automatically. There is optoelectronic device in paper feeding platform, to make the platform ascend automatically when feeding paper.

13. Back section also has funtion of automatic counting, finished cartons could be delivered to conveying machinery according to setting amount (1-99) to pack and bundle up.
