3 Double Glue Machine

4 Double facer
Double facer is attached by machine sizing paste into the hotplate heating after molding and then cooled by cooling to form the paper board. The whole machine girder of double –sided machine adopted heavy type channel steel system, good rigidity, stable system, aesthetic appearance. Designed to canvass belt on the left and right device for automatic correction, making sure the canvass belt stable in working and the air pressure automatic control tightness.
6 Slitter
Adopt Taiwan computer and technology ensures precise operation. The lift and decline of upper knife flywheel base and upper pinch roller base are controlled by air power. Thus when changing order do not cut off paper board and stop machine. Separating paper and groove size by electric machine adjustment, finished in 3-8 seconds.
7 Computer Spire Cut-off

8 Pre-heater
This part used to heat and dry facial tissue in order to control temperature and moisture of facial tissue.
